DESCRIPTION:
CASA 1212W-PT is a non-flammable, water-based contact adhesive for bonding plastic laminate,
FRP panels, gypsum board and tack board to particle board, plywood, metal and gypsum board.

APPLICATION:
Surfaces must be clean and dry. Spray an even coat of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded.
Allow both to become dry before bonding. Drying time will vary depending on atmospheric conditions
such a temperature and humidity, as well as the amount of adhesive applied. Place both
surfaces to be bonded in exact position desired. CASA 1212W-PT bonds immediately and cannot
be repositioned. If the two surfaces do not grab immediately when brought into contact they
have become dirty or dried too long. Apply another thin coat of adhesive, let dry and re-adhere
the surfaces. Press from the center outward in all directions use a 3” to 6” roller to secure the
bond. Wet adhesive may be cleaned up with CASA Quick Clean #6. The spray gun and hose
should be cleaned with CASA PT Cleaner after use.
