CASA 3500 PT Adhesive in Canisters
Application Procedures for VCT Tile

This is best achieved using the 8002 tip in the spray wand. Casa 3500 PT has a design coverage of 3500 square feet per canister. Spray on approximately 4 grams per square foot. Applying too much glue will slow dry time, too little glue can lead to bond failure.

The hose and wand assembly should be flushed and cleaned with Casa’s PT Cleaner canister at the end of the work-week, or anytime the equipment will sit idle for more than 24 hours. To clean, close the valve on the adhesive canister. Pointing the wand into a box, relieve the pressure left in the hose and wand. Shut off adhesive flow valve on the hose. Disconnect the hose with a wrench at the canister. Attach the hose to the Casa PT Cleaner canister. Re-attach the hose to the adhesive canister per the above procedure; making sure the system is airtight. Remember, all Casa PT Cleaner fluid must be flushed from the hose prior to spraying more adhesive.
