DESCRIPTION:
CASA 409 is a non-flammable, water-based adhesive for bonding plastic laminate, FRP
panels and metal to particle board, gypsum board, plywood, metal and certain other
materials.

APPLICATION:
Surfaces must be clean and dry. Spray an even coat of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded.
Allow both surfaces to dry completely before bonding. When dry, adhesive will not transfer to
finger when touched. Dry time will be 3-15 minutes, depending upon atmospheric conditions
such as temperature and humidity, as well as the amount of adhesive applied. When dry, place
both surfaces to be bonded in exact position desired. CASA 409 bonds immediately and cannot
be repositioned. Extreme care must be taken to keep both surfaces clean and dry before bonding.
Press from center outward in all directions. Clean up wet adhesive with CASA Quick Clean
#6.
