DESCRIPTION:
CASA 550 is a sprayable, one-part, water-based adhesive that bonds instantly. It is exceptional
for bonding flexible polyurethane foam, latex foam, fabric, polyester fiber.

APPLICATION:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and dust free. Adhesive can be applied to both surfaces with a spray
gun. However, in some instances, single sided application is acceptable. Hold the spray gun 8-12
inches from the substrate surface and overlap the pattern slightly with each pass to ensure uniform
coverage. CASA 550 bonds quickly after spraying depending on atmospheric conditions.
The user can place the substrates together up to 20 minutes after spraying if required by the
production process. After 20 minutes the adhesive may dry, causing an unsatisfactory bond. The
final bond strength is achieved once the residual water has evaporated. Please wait 24 hours before
performing any final bond testing. Clean up wet adhesive with CASA Quick Clean #6.
