CASA PT-CLEANER

Cleaning Procedures


>The hose and spray gun or wand assembly should be flushed and cleaned with CASA PT-Cleaner at the end of the workweek or anytime the equipment will sit idle for more than 48 hours.

>To clean, close the valve on the adhesive canister. Pointing the gun/wand into a box or refuse container, relieve the pressure in the hose. Now shut off the adhesive flow valve on the hose and disconnect the hose at the canister.

>Securely attach the hose to the PT-Cleaner canister. Open the canister valve and hose valve and pull the trigger while pointing the gun/wand into a box or refuse container.

>Once adhesive turns to cleaner, spray for at least another 10 seconds.   

>Disconnect and re-attach hose to adhesive canister.

>Make sure all CASA PT-Cleaner is purged from the hose prior to spraying more adhesive.

>CASA PT-Cleaner yields up to 50 cleaning based on 10 second cleaning sessions.
